Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled training may incur a penalty fee to cover logistical and facilitator costs already incurred. We encourage clients to notify us as early as possible.

The Client Portal gives companies secure access to training records, learner certificates, and reporting tools via SEMS. It allows HR, Safety, and Compliance officers to monitor and download key documents instantly.

SEMS is built and maintained entirely in-house by Starcrow’s dedicated IT team. This ensures data confidentiality, reliable uptime, and fast support. Your information never leaves our secured environment.

Certificates are typically issued within 2 weeks after training completion. Clients can access them directly through the SEMS portal or request a direct email from our administration team.
